# ZapRent

> ZapRent (zap.rent) is a rental platform that lets landlords and tenants sign leases, pay rent in Bitcoin, and anchor lease documents to the Zap Fabric blockchain for tamper-evident proof.

ZapRent helps landlords list properties, screen tenants, sign digital leases, and collect rent in Bitcoin (with fiat conversion shown alongside). Every executed lease is hashed and anchored to the Zap Fabric blockchain so both parties have an immutable record of the agreement and payment history.
